Cancellation Policy for Paid Events

     Please note: In the event that you do not provide enough time to cancel (cancel within 2 weeks) your scheduled date,  your deposit will not be refunded.  This is a marketing & cancellation fee. 

      Provided there is ample amount of time given you will be reimbursed $100 of your deposit. 

     In the event that The Hotdog Hideout cancels your event, you will be reimbursed  your entire deposit.
