Cancellation Policy

If the event being booked with The HotdogHideout is cancelled by you the client, there is a fee of $500 due.  This fee is for our inconvenience and for some of the loss of income from your event and not being able to rebook that date or time with another event.  

Once a date is booked it is committed by both The Hotdog Hideout and you the client and the date iss no longer available for any other bookings.

    There is a 50% deposit due at the time of booking.  The balance of the invoice is due on the day of your scheduled event.

    If the deposit is not paid within 7 days of the date we book your event, your date can and may be forfeited without notice from The Hotdog Hideout. It is at our discretion, and you will still be responsible to pay the $500 holding fee for our inconvenience.

    There are also the following fees you will be charged based on your desired method of payment.
    1.  No fees for payments made by Zelle or checks.
    2.  Checks returned due to insufficient funds, will be charged a return fee of $40 a month till paid in full.
    3.  Accounts not paid within 7 days after the date of your event, the invoice will be subject to a 5% monthly finance charge
    4.  All credit and debit cards are charged a 5% processing fee.  This is also charged at the truck.
    5.  Payments made by Cash App are charged a 3% fee for processing. This is also charged at the truck

Unfortunately, both client and The Hotdog Hideout have made a legal bidding commitment once the contract has been signed, or verbally.   We can no longer book any incoming events on your committed date.  We will  have lost income and been unable to reuse the date we had on hold. Not only are we in high demand during the week, but our weekends are extremely desired for high volume events.

We start immediatly planning and making vemdor orders and hiring staff to facilitate for your event
   
    This is a legal and binding agreement and can not be overturned for any reason.
