Average cost per person is $20 & up per person
EVERY EVENT booked whether paid or not REQUIRES a form to be filled out and returned to us. If you do not submit the signed form, we can not guarantee we can hold your date.
Please pay attention to every email you receive from us so that you don't miss the opportunity to finish the booking process for your event. When you are confirmed you will receive a final email or appointment notification from us.
• Our packages are priced per person and tax is not included
• There is a $300 truck rental fee, in addition to the per person price for all Paid events. This will cover gas for travel, gas for Generators and propane. This is a non refundable fee!
**On Saturdays and Sundays these are are biggest high volume days and there is a $1,000 food and beverage minimum (Which doesn't include the $300 rental fee.
**Clients are responsible for paying the difference if the bare minimum has not been meet by the end of your event.
• Service time is 2 - 4 hours
• The truck will arrive approximately 1 hour prior for set up and stay approximately 30 minutes after for tear down
• There is an additional service charge for events over 15 miles away from Gambrills (21054)
• A catering contract will be sent upon confirmation of date and interest to partner with information regarding payment, schedule, and additional due dates
• There is a 50% deposit due at time of booking on all Paid events.
HOW DONATIONS ARE CALCULATED!
* Any donations that The Hotdog Hideout donates to charities, schools etc....are calculated AFTER the staff payroll is deducted and expenses incurred are paid. 10% is then calculated on the remaining balance and a check is cut and then mailed in.
• Cancellations can be made, up untiil 1 month before the scheduled event, There is a $500 non-refundable fee for any cancellation.

• Classic Dogs
• Soda / water $1.00 extra per person
Hot Dog Package - $22 Per Person
• Includes a 2 dog max person with fries
• Any Specialty Hot Dogs
• Soda / water $1.00 extra per person
Chicken Tender Package - $20 Per Person
• Includes fries
• Soda / water $1.00 extra per person
Dessert packages or add ons are available at additional pricing

NOTE:
Any and all invoices that are not paid on time, a late fee will be charged in excess of 5% of the overdue balance per month until it is paid in full.
There is grace period of 5 days.
50% of invoice is due at time of booking and the balance is due that day at the end of your event. This charge also applies to any refunds that are due to The Hotdog Hideout.
In Maryland, the maximum late fee that can be charged is 5% of the overdue balance per month. Businesses in Maryland do not need to allow a grace period before applying late fees, however, we at The Hotdog Hideout will allow a 5 day grace period before the late fee is charged.

Donation Checks
** All the donation checks from The Hotdog Hideout are sent out by the end of the year.
